Hardwick Springfest Downtown Street Fair Updates

Now that we are in May, the countdown to Spingfest is officially ON!

We have lots of regular updates, including more specific detials about the first ever Downtown Street Fair, starting at 11:30am right after the parade. North Main Street will be closed between the Hardwick Inn and the Memorial Building, with contests, games, food, and fun activities until 3pm. Keep reading for the full schedule of events and locations:

Cubmobile races will happen on Spring Street right after the parade 

Shopping cart races and other contests will take place on the North Main Street bridge, starting at 11:30. 

There will be music in Idle Hour Park next to Positive Pie and on North Main Street near the American Legion. Featuring the Sarah Whitehair Band (funky grooves), Lake Party (rockin R&B), and the Miller Family Band (old time string band). Piper Hall will also be playing at the Peace Park. 

Food vendors will be located from the Village Restaurant and Idle Hour Park to North Main Street. 

The Human Truck Pull will happen on Church Street in front of the Memorial Building at 12:30. 

There will be a volleyball game at 1:00 at the Caspian Lake Lodge on Church St (near the Memorial Building).

Cornhole along with the beer area,  Chicken BBQ, cornhole, and other activities will be in the parking lot behind the American Legion. 

Street hockey and then basketball shooting contest will be on Highland Ave. starting at noon. 

The Jeudevine Library is putting on a play at 2:00 pm, Library if it's open, Memorial Building if its not.

Tristan Southworth Memorial Day Classic baseball game at 3.
